The Council on Congregational Ministry and Nurture is hosting two orientation and Red Cross certification meetings for those congregations wishing to receive presbytery grants for Vacation Bible School programs in summer 2010. Review the document below for the details and registration information.

Leadership Development Day – Saturday, February 6

UPDATE (February 4): Due to predicted weather conditions, Leadership Development Day has been postponed until Saturday, February 13. The start time and location remain the same.

Join us for the Presbytery’s annual Leadership Development Day on Saturday, February 6, 2010, at the Brick Presbyterian Church (62 East 92nd Street at Park Avenue – get directions) in Manhattan. This year’s workshops revolve around the theme of church administration and are perfect for deacons, elders, treasurers, clerks of session, and even pastors. Rev. Dr. Byron Wade, Vice-Moderator of the 218th General Assembly

On Thursday, October 8, the Rev. Dr. Byron Wade, Vice-Moderator of the 218th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (USA), visited the Presbytery of New York City.
