The Committee on Nominations nominates persons to fill vacancies on continuing committees, councils, boards (except for the Committee on Nominations, Representation and General Council, which require election by the Presbytery); nominates moderators, presents nominations for minister and elder commissioner and youth delegates to the General Assembly and the Synod of the Northeast.
