The Rev. “Dr.” Mary Newbern-Williams is Honorably Retired from the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Since 2022 she has been serving as Transitional Presbyter for the Presbytery of New York City.
Mary serves as an instructor for THRIVE, a Board of Pensions Program that prepares members for retirement

James is a ruling elder, member of Queens Chinese Presbyterian Church, and previously served as Treasurer and Moderator of the Presbytery. He has also served as Moderator of the Synod of the Northeast and Treasurer of the Synod and has been active on the General Assembly Level.

Yzette is a ruling elder at Hitchcock Presbyterian Church. She has served as Hudson River Presbytery’s Moderator, as well as various other committees within the Hudson River Presbytery. Additionally, she has served on committees at the Synod of the Northeast, and at the General Assembly

Georgiette has spent the past 33 years working in facilities operations for several large non profit organizations. She has been involved in community advocacy for over 30 years and enjoys reading, puzzles and face-timing with her grandchildren
